June 28, Winter Cove & Veruna Beach in the Sun

Winter Cove and Veruna Beach Walk (about 3 km return)
Saturday, June 28 - Rendez-vous at 1 pm
at the Winter Cove parking lot.

Wear good walking shoes and bring water and a snack: it's going to be a warm day!



This is a relatively short walk on flat land. We will follow the trail loop at Winter Cove and explore boat pass, returning through the forest.

We will also follow the road to Veruna Beach and picnic there, in the sun. Then we will return to our cars at Winter Cove.

This promises to be a nice easy walk in very good weather (or so Environment Canada promises!).
